Gill - CEO
Gill joined CCA in September 2014 as HR and Facilities Manager. Gill has worked in HR for many years in both the public and private sector. She is a member of St Bartholomew's Church, Arborfield, and is married with three grown-up children
Julia
Retail Operations
Happily married with three grown up sons, Julia worships both at Reading Family Church, and in her local community. Julia has a background in trade finance and banking, but since coming to faith some 15 years ago, has chosen to work in very definite Christian roles. She taught Religious Education for 7 years and worked for the Methodist Church for 5 years before joining CCA in August 2013 as site manager of the Southcote shop. Julia took the role of Retail Operations Manager in September 2014 and delights in serving the people of Reading and beyond through managing the 6 retail sites, their staff, volunteers and operations.
Jenny
Office Manager
Jenny started with CCA in April 2014 as shop manager in Sonning Common, and in September 2015 moved across to Central Head Office as Office Manager.
Jenny attends Reading Family Church, has two daughters and five grandchildren. She is originally from South Africa and has been living in the UK for 22 years. Her passion has always been to work in a place which makes a difference in people's lives, and so when her role as church administrator for 7 years ended she was very excitied to have the opportunity to work at CCA.
